Yes, we had breakfast. Good spread of food. Limousine bus to/from airport was within walking distance.

The location was excellent. It is of walking distance to JR Sapporo station (about 20 minutes of walk underground) or you may take the subway and ride one station to Odori. The entrance at the back of the hotel is at the shopping street Tanukikouji and opposite to the hotel is a Donki store which operates 24 hours. A great hotel at snow festival as it is easily accessible to the snow festivals at Odori park and at Susukino.

Convenient location, room had everything we needed. Parking was a short drive away with plenty of lots. We had to figure out the instructions for the complimentary parking but the management staff at the parking lot were also very helpful and probably used to people getting confused with the tickets.

The location is the winner of the all! Right smack in the middle of Tanukikoji Shopping St, with a 24H Don Don Donki at doorstep! The room, while dated, is very clean especially the toilet. The staffs were very polite and helpful. Alot shopping centres and F&B within the area.

The location was a great bonus as we were travelling with old folks, this is one of the main factor we chose this hotel. It is also near to shopping area which is just a few steps away .As we were travelling in winter season , it is really a great bonus as we can avoid/ minimize the coldness in the open space. Will surely chose to stay here if I were to travel to Sapporo again.

Buffet breakfast is very nice. Japanese food. They, via booking.com provided free airport to hotel transfer for our group of 5 persons, 2 rooms. Hotel is adjacent the Tanuki Koji shopping street. Bath salt, toothbrush, coffee etc are available at the lobby.

The location was great. About a 10 minute walk straight up from the train station. We booked last minute because there were no more trains for the night going to Niseko. Booking was easy and check-in was fast.

Friendly, helpful and exceptional staff. Easy, intuitive check in & check out process. Very accommodating to every need. Meals are very delicious too! Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and, snow festival

cleanliness, services, offered housekeeping after 3 days even i prefer not to clean my room, breakfast and helpful staff even they cant speak english well, location is accessible anywhere on foot and by train

Shopping right beside the hotel at Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Also, a lot of eateries to choose from. Spoilt with choices. Odori station is within walking distance. Nice hotel. Definitely will come back again.
